COVID-19 Safety

Your health and well-being is TCA’s top priority during Truckload 2021 - Las Vegas. TCA is working with the city of Las Vegas and the Wynn Las Vegas to ensure that you have a safe space to learn and network. The resort maintains stringent cleaning and health standards throughout the hotel and TCA will adhere to all meeting guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.

As the situation regarding COVID-19 continues to evolve, TCA is committed to keeping attendees up-to-date on regulations and event protocols. Resources including Nevada's Health Response, Las Vegas COVID-19 Resources and Research, as well as the Wynn's Health & Sanitization Guidelines are accessible online at any time.

In an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in Las Vegas, effective July 30, the State of Nevada has mandated that everyone, including fully vaccinated individuals, wear a mask in public indoor settings, including resorts and casinos, restaurants, bars, showrooms and meeting spaces. The directive aligns with the latest Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance related to mask requirements. City officials will be examining transmission levels each week to determine whether the mask mandate can be lifted. TCA does not know whether a mask mandate will be in place during our event but will continue to monitor the situation.

If you have any questions about the event, please contact TCA’s Meeting Department at or .
