FAQs for Attendees
Who can participate in this event?
All trucking industry professionals are invited to participate in either the in-person or online event.
Who should participate in the online-only version of this event?
The online version of the event is intended for those who will not be able to travel to Las Vegas but would still like to participate in the conference
How much does it cost to register for the online-only event?
$299 per person for TCA Members and $449 for nonmembers
How do I register?
Click here to view a web registration form. During the registration process, select "Online Registration" from the available options under "Registration Type."
What is included with virtual registration versus the in-person registration?
You will be able to participate in the majority of Convention events and have access to our topic-based discussion groups.

Can multiple people use the same account to access the online event?
No, only one person will be able to be logged-in for the event using the email address provided during the registration.
Will I be able to view the awards presentations?
Yes! Awards presentations will be live-streamed to the platform as well as be posted afterward for on-demand viewing.
What will be live online and what will be on-demand?
The general sessions, executive panels, awards presentations and Tuesday evening's banquet will be livestreamed and the Trucking in the Round Educational Sessions will be available at scheduled times during the virtual event. All sessions will be available on-demand shortly after the event.
The only exceptions are: Daymond John's Keynote session will not be available to virtual attendees and Featured Speaker Jim Kwik's session will be available as a livestream only.
If I am registered for the in-person event but I am not able to make it to Las Vegas, can I participate in the online activities?
Yes, in-person registration will grant access to the online platform.
Can I register for the online-only event and then change my registration to in-person at a later date?
Yes, if you would like to change your registration to in-person, you may do so closer to the event date by contacting and upgrading your registration.
What kinds of networking opportunities are available in the online platform?
Online attendees will have access to topic-based discussion groups over Zoom, as well as virtual happy hours and the ability to schedule 1:1 and group video meetings with exhibitors, sponsors and other attendees.
Will I be able to access session recordings after the event?
Yes. Most sessions will be available to attendees within the platform for 12 months after the Convention.

Are virtual-only exhibit options available?
No, virtual exhibit booths are reserved for those who have purchased booths at the live event in Las Vegas.
What are the benefits of my virtual exhibit booth?

Do I need different people assigned to my booth online and in-person?
We recommend having at least one person dedicated to your virtual exhibit booth.
This person can also be onsite, however, please note that the dedicated exhibit times in-person and online overlap for 45 minutes on Tuesday.
What information will I receive about visitors to my microsite?
You will receive the full attendee information of everyone who visits, clicks or chats on your site. You will be able to access this information in real-time as well as after the event.
What are the dedicated virtual exhibit hall times?
You will be able to set up appointments and chat with attendees throughout the day, however we have set aside time with no conflicting events dedicated to the exhibit hall. Those are below:

How will I be able to upload materials for my microsite?
Each exhibiting company will be provided a link to manage its own microsite.
Will there be a training on how to upload my information and manage the booth during the event?
Yes, there will be a training for all exhibitors on March 3 at 2:00 p.m. ET. This training will also be recorded.
Do I need to pay any additional fees for a virtual exhibit booth?
No additional fees are required. Your microsite is an additional benefit included with your in-person booth fee.
